By downloading and using music content in the 'Ambient Music' section, we are granting you a license, you are also agreeing to our terms of use, all content may be used for private or commercial purposes without permission unless stated.

Terms of Use

Allowed Usage

*You may use the content in the 'Ambient Music' section for your personal or commercial projects, as well as the projects you undertake on behalf of your client or employer. You may use the music in one or many projects undertaken under the same business name. The license does not expire and valid in all countries and territories. There is some content that cannot be used which will be stated on the track.

Restrictions And Limitations

*Each music track is licensed to you for specific use, not sold. The license does not transfer the copyright of my music to you. The license expressly forbids resale, re-licensing, or other distribution of my music, either as is, or any modification thereof.

*You may not use, modify, resell, sub-license, assign, transfer, otherwise make available or permit access by any third party to my music, except as in cases expressly authorised by the licensor.

*You are not required to credit 'Ambientscape' in your project but you may not claim the music as your own work.

*You may not claim ownership of the music (or otherwise make it available) through YouTube’s Content ID system. The license is not transferable.

*You may not re-sell or “loan” the music to others. However, you can pass the music and the license to your client if you are contracted to create the final product (for example, if you are hired to produce a corporate video).

*The license is not exclusive. 'Ambientscape' retains the right to sell licenses to other clients. For exclusive soundtracks please contact us. All music tracks are licensed ‘as is’. You hereby agree that this license is granted to you without any other warranty or recourse and agree to indemnify 'Ambientscape,' its owners and employees, from any damage or financial loss resulting from your usage of the music.
